Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.Responsible for reducing down times on production: lead the Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving for reducing losses in the manufacturing process.Create and update the required documentation for production (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan, etc.).




Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines.Provide the correct tool specifications and the required changes in tooling in order to ensure the continuity and quality during production.Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools.Ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process by fulfilling the targets for scrap and failure costsQualificationsWho are we looking for?
Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or MechatronicFrom 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive IndustryAdvanced English levelTechnical KnowledgeLean manufacturingProblem Solving (8D Methodology)Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP)XR Control ChartWhat you will bring to BoschStructured, systematic and analytical approachEffective communication and interpersonal intelligence#J-*****-Ljbffr
