We are seeking a highly skilled
Controls & Automation Engineer
to drive digitalization initiatives across manufacturing operations.
This role will be responsible for designing, programming, integrating, and optimizing automation systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the integration, configuration, and programming of
Allen Bradley PLCs
to support manufacturing equipment and automated production systems.
Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC applications using
Allen Bradley programming tools and Ladder Logic
.
Design and configure
Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)
to enhance operator interaction and process visibility.
Implement and support
Cognex Vision Systems
and computer vision technologies for inspection and automation processes.




Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams to identify digital transformation opportunities and process improvements.
Analyze manufacturing data, identify trends and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and productivity.
Support secure and reliable communication between shop-floor equipment and enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine controls, automation systems, PLC programming, and digital manufacturing technologies.
Develop technical documentation, system configurations, operating procedures, and project specifications.
Required Qualifications
Experience with
Allen Bradley PLC Programming
Knowledge of
Ladder Logic Programming
Experience with
HMI Development and Configuration
Hands‐on experience with
Cognex Vision Systems
and computer vision applications
Strong understanding of
Industrial PC (IPC) and PLC Control Architectures
Experience in
manufacturing automation environments
Familiarity with
real‐time data visualization and monitoring tools
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
