Junior IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition C1 preferred.
Spanish proficiency: C1 or Native required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable communicating with candidates through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other digital channels.
Strong interest in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, technology, and digital sourcing .
Proactive, organized, creative, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of IT positions and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience recruiting for IT or technical positions .
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, or other professional platforms.
Experience with digital marketing, social media, content creation, or online audience engagement.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience working with technical job descriptions and IT terminology.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, or candidate engagement techniques.
C1 English proficiency.
Training Candidates without previous IT recruiting experience will receive training in: IT Recruitment fundamentals.




Candidate sourcing and screening.
Technical roles and IT terminology.
LinkedIn and digital sourcing strategies.
Candidate outreach and engagement.
Recruitment processes and best practices.
Work Arrangement Full-time, remote position.
Candidates located in Mexico City are preferred , although candidates from other locations in Mexico may be considered.
The position may transition to a hybrid work model in the future .
