The role We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Growth team.
Your goal will be to lead the Proposal team in Latin America and provide support to the sales team to grow our client portfolio.
Your key responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Sales Engineering and Bidding team in Latin America , overseeing daily operations with support from the Prposal team from Spain.
Global Reporting: Report directly to the Integral Head of Proposal in Spain , acting as the key link between regional operations and global leadership.
