Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise application integration .
The candidate will provide technical leadership to the development team, contribute to solution implementation, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
The role requires strong hands-on development experience along with the ability to guide developers, conduct code reviews, support technical estimation, and collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
