Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Support department initiatives:
Coordinate projects and activities for the Banquets, Culinary, and Restaurants teams
Implement immediate corrective measures and plan preventive actions with the parties involved.Coordinate the Food Hygiene Management Program
Carry out internal certifications in the areas related to the program
Follow up on the action plans resulting from audits and inspections
Facilitate cohesive communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication across all departments to support collaboration and efficiency
Provide exceptional service:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members
Support daily office operations:
Provide administrative support such as writing correspondence, managing purchase requests, data entry, and filing to support department operations
Assist with personnel activities:
Support department leaders in new hire onboarding, payroll management, and time-off requests
