Job Summary

As HRIS Intern, you will join our General HR team In this role,



you will report to HRIS Coordinator and will have the opportunity to support the team by assisting with the maintenance, improvements, analysis, and optimization of HR systems and employee data. This internship provides hands‑on experience with HR technology, data management, reporting, process improvement, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on HRIS projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Configure, test, and deploy changes to support system implementations, integrations and upgrades.
- Support data entry, validation, auditing, and cleanup activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Help generate standard and ad hoc reports.
- Assist with testing system updates, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Document HRIS processes, workflows, and user guides.
