What you'll do
- Support board- and system-level diagnostics, testing, and validation in a modern production environment.
- Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing test stations to keep operations running smoothly.
- Perform first-level debugging of hardware, collect diagnostic data, and document your findings.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams on builds, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Learn and follow technical documentation, work instructions, and quality standards.
What we're looking for
- Recent graduate (2025–2026) with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- Genuine passion for hardware, electronics, and hands-on technical work.
- Foundational knowledge in areas such as circuits, embedded systems, PCB design, or lab instruments (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.) - a big plus.
- Curiosity, problem-solving drive, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on-site in the Guadalajara metropo
