optimizar procesos y fortalecer la cultura de excelencia operacional mediante la implementación de herramientas Lean y metodologías de solución de problemas.Responsabilidades Principales:Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos productivos y administrativos.Liderar proyectos de mejora continua, Kaizen y Lean Manufacturing.Analizar y mejorar indicadores principal como OEE, productividad, scrap, downtime y labor utilization.Realizar estudios de tiempos, movimientos y balanceo de líneas.Implementar y dar seguimiento a herramientas Lean como 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke y Gestión Visual.Desarrollar y mantener Standard Work y procesos estandarizados.Facilitar análisis de causa raíz utilizando metodologías como 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto y A3.Identificar cuellos de botella y ejecutar acciones para incrementar capacidad y eficiencia.Colaborar con las áreas de Producción, Calidad, Mantenimiento, Materiales, Seguridad e Ing
