What candidate is needed
•Expertise in Site Reliability Engineering with a focus on observability platforms, specifically Dynatrace.
•Proficient in designing and optimizing monitoring solutions for distributed systems and microservices architectures.
•Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination within agile, early-stage product environments.
•Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues impacting monitoring accuracy.
•Detail-oriented and capable of autonomous task management under tight deadlines with high decision-making maturity.
What candidate will do
•Lead the design and implementation of a Dynatrace dashboard tailored to strategic business and operational metrics.




•Identify and integrate new telemetry sources from web applications and microservices to enhance monitoring coverage.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting data accuracy and dashboard reliability in a distributed environment.
•Collaborate closely with a small, agile team of 3-5 engineers and engage regularly with client managers and development teams.
•Maintain and continuously optimize Dynatrace configurations to align with evolving KPI requirements.
•Manage project blockers proactively to ensure timely delivery of critical monitoring capabilities.
•Translate input from analysts and product owners into actionable monitoring solutions supporting product validation.
