- Bachelor's degree completed in Criminology, Public Security, Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications or training in Asset Protection Security, CTPAT, AEO (Authorized Economic Operator), Security Audits, or Risk Management are preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred), with the ability to support audits and manage documentation related to CTPAT requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Asset Protection Security positions.
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of CTPAT and AEO programs.
- Experience in access control, internal investigations, loss prevention, security vendor management, and CCTV systems management.
- Experience working in IMMEX companies or maquiladora environments.
