Overview
We are looking for a Client Success Coach to join a high-impact educational organization delivering personalized learning solutions. This is a hands-on, mission-driven role focused on guiding students through their learning journey, ensuring accountability, and helping them successfully complete their programs.
You will act as a coach and coordinator, combining structure, motivation, and operational follow-through. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple students and platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Guide students through customized learning plans via weekly Zoom check-ins
Ensure students stay on track with their learning pace (typically 4, 8, or 12-week programs)
Monitor progress across multiple platforms and validate presente completion status
Analyze engagement metrics and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks
Conduct high-volume,
short coaching sessions (10-minute check-ins, 3–4 per hour)
Maintain accurate student records and documentation across tools (Trello, Google Drive, internal systems)
Collaborate with internal teams (coaches, instructors, leadership) to ensure a consistent student experience
Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clarity in all student interactions
Requirements (Must-Haves)
2+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, coaching, or education-related roles
Experience working in fast-paced, virtual environments Proficiency with Zoom, Trello, and Google Workspace or similar tools. (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience with LMS platforms or CRM systems
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Ability to balance empathy with accountability when working with students
Comfortable handling sensitive situations with professionalism
Background in adult education, instructional design, or upskilling programs
Experience working with third-party educational funders or grant-based programs
Exposure to virtual classroom coordination or academic program management
