Join Kellanova as part of our Integral Business Services Finance organization, where you’ll help deliver accurate financial insights and accounting support related to discretionary expenses and employee compensation activities. Based in Querétaro, Mexico, this hybrid opportunity offers exposure to key finance processes that support business decision-making across the organization. Drawing on strong analytical and accounting foundations, you’ll contribute to month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, and continuous process improvement.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary and highly engaged finance team, partnering closely with Finance Analysts and GBS team members to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. - Month-End Financial Close: Execute month-end processes, including system validations, accruals, and financial close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Accounting Operations Management: Prepare accruals, reclassifications, and journal entries across regions and cost centers while maintaining accounting accuracy and consistency.
- Account Reconciliation & Compliance: Complete account reconciliations and ensure accounting transactions comply with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
