We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Recruiter to identify and engage qualified candidates for open roles across multiple departments. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. This Full-Time position supports a growing team in scaling hiring efforts efficiently.
Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage candidate communications and maintain organized records in applicant tracking systems.
Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.
Proficiency in sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter,



Indeed, or similar tools.
Familiarity with technical recruitment processes for roles in software development or IT services.
