Role Definition




The Manufacturing Engineer supports major process development and capital projects that improve manufacturing safety, quality, velocity, cost effectiveness and production capability. The position leads the technical selection, acquisition, installation and startup of CNC machining centers and related manufacturing systems for the Santa Catarina facility. The role contributes to the business by translating product and process requirements into equipment specifications, coordinating suppliers and internal functions, and implementing new manufacturing capacity. Its general scope spans technical evaluation, CAPEX development, equipment procurement, plant integration, commissioning and process stabilization.
