Description and Requirements

Consumer Technology Sales Retail Director is responsible for defining and executing Lenovo’s consumer sales strategy to deliver profitable revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer and partner satisfaction across Mexico and all assigned sales channels.

This senior leadership role leads a team of sales professionals and works cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, eCommerce, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Services, and Channel Partners to ensure the successful execution of Lenovo’s consumer business objectives.

As a key member of the country leadership team, this role provides strategic direction, actionable business insights, and strong execution discipline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue, profit, sell-in, sell-out, and market share commitments.
