What You'll Do:
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Own the analysis of campaign effectiveness. You'll track, report, and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities and provide data-driven feedback to leadership.
- Project Management: Take full ownership of the digital marketing portfolio from ideation and development to final implementation and execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives and help meet performance targets.

What You'll Bring:

- Bilingual Fluency: Required - Complete fluency in both Spanish and English for professional communication and content creation in both languages.





Automation Tools: Experience with Marketo or other major marketing automation software is highly preferred.
