Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with plant leaders/supervisors to achieve business objectives and develop HR strategies that support business outcomes.




- Provide coaching and guidance to Supervisors on leadership, team development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Work with a team of HRBPs to ensure consistent and effective HR support across departments or business units.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total rewards, ERs, GBS) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity, performance outcomes) to identify trends and recommend actions.)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high college engagement.
- Partner with supervisors to manage headcount and organizational design.Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
