The Algorithm Engineer is a key member of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for developing the next generation of technology that will enable us to have a clean and safe driving environment. We are a small and agile team of developers driven by our love for technology.

Main responsibilities:
- Algorithm development incl. architecture and conceptual design
- Evaluate data quality and integrity
- Run machine learning tests and experiments
- Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
- Train and retrain neural networks when necessary
- Perception and Localization algorithm development

Qualifications:
Required qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a related engineering field, physics, mathematics, or computer science




- Professional experience in Machine learning methods
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/Keras)
- Knowledge of data analysis for Machine Learning
- Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
- Proficient in scripting with Python
- Fluent in English
- Good self-planning skills
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills

Preferred qualifications
- Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in related engineering field, mathematics, physics or computer science
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure) and Cloud Architecture
- Experience in agile development within automotive innovation projects
