Process and Quality Improvement Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Process and Quality Improvement Manager to lead the Process and Quality Improvement team, overseeing the policies and development processes used in all teams. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Engineering team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
- Support product team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
- Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
- Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency and product quality.




- Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods.

Here’s what we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience managing and improving processes.
- Previous experience managing Project Auditing.
- knowledge in agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFE.
- Experience with CMM, CMMI, PMO, or SEPG, or other quality assurance frameworks.
- Advanced English level.
