About This Job:
The Marketing Proofreader is responsible for ensuring that all marketing campaigns are published with accurate information, are well written, and working without technical issues. This individual needs to take great and detailed pride in their work, as they are a representation for the overall asset quality we produce

Responsibilities:
- Conduct mobile & website user testing across multiple brands
- Offer validation:
- Confirm the click-through experience shows ample inventory
- Create Product Support ticket if any smoke-signals are identified during QA process
- Once approved, prepare for scheduling
- Help concept & create new process and procedures to streamline department functions
- Manage tasks within 'ticketing system' based on priority levels and upcoming deadlines
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or similar work experience
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Excellent copywriting, proofing and content skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines & projects




- Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Solid ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with website management or Content Management Systems a strong plus
