Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans, timelines, etc.
- Coordinate project schedules and prepare necessary documentation, presentations and reports.
- Organize and schedule meetings.
- Manage project calendars.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and team activities.
- Support general communication and documentation.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience on similar position, preferable in IT, as Project Manager or Project Manager Jr.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Preferably Ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with management tools.
- Experience in excel,



powerpoint and service now.
- Experience supervising projects.
- Knowledge on Project Management lifecycle.

Salary and benefits
- $40,000mxn gross monthly salary.
- Law mandated benefits.
- 100% remote work.

Work days and hours
- Monday through Friday.
- 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (Mexico City time)
