POSITION:Director of HIV and Community Health Program

RESPONSIBLE TO:Vice President of External Affairs

SCHEDULE:1 day a week on-site, 4 days a week remote

PAY RANGE:$65,508.00 - $79,310.00 a year

THE OBJECTIVE:You will manage all aspects of the HIV and Community Health programs including Promotores and the NCHN and provide leadership, guidance, training, and evaluation of department staff, programming, and/or projects.

SUCCESS:You know you are successful when your teams' goals and program outcomes are met. You will show patience and sophistication working in a fast-paced external environment while negotiating bureaucratic and necessary realities of an effective and large $50 million, 4-state powerhouse. You will champion the work of incorporating inclusivity into PPRM’s HIV and Community Health Programs work.
