Key Responsibilities

Monitor network alerts and dashboards (L1 support)

Log incidents and raise tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)

Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, VPN, and connectivity issues

Validate network-related data, reports, and device inventory

Support escalation to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation

Track SLA, outage reports, and daily operational updates

Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls (basic)

Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds / Nagios / Zabbix - any)





Ticketing tool experience (ServiceNow / Remedy - any)

Strong communication and documentation skills

Willingness to work in shifts if required
- Nice to Have

CCNA knowledge (preferred)

Basic knowledge of Linux commands

Experience in NOC environment
