As an Oracle Payroll - Senior Associate - Consulting, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored Oracle technology solutions that address their unique business needs. Within our Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that drive client success. Responsibilities Leading Oracle technology consulting projects to support client business transformation initiatives
Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to design and implement scalable solutions
Engaging in strategic technology planning to optimize Oracle ERP systems for enhanced business performance
Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and process optimization
Developing and deploying Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making
Integrating Oracle Data Integration tools to streamline data workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Embracing change and fostering an environment of innovation and creativity within project teams
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional growth and development
Confirming data integrity and compliance within Oracle-based solutions to meet client requirements
Technical-Functional Knowledge Deep knowledge in the following Oracle Cloud modules (related to supply chain management):
WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Product Hub (Product Master Management)
Inventory Management
Cost Management
Comprehensive understanding of how these modules interact with each other and how they impact other ERP modules (accounting, procurement, manufacturing, etc.).
What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
Leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for scalable solutions
Engaging in strategic technology planning for business transformation
