Job summary:
TCS is looking for an End User Support Engineer L2

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)

Technical Skills

Strong experience supporting Windows 11 and iOS environments, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite.

Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Group Policies, Microsoft Intune

Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.

Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender.

Familiarity with ITIL fundamentals

Soft Skills

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.

Strong documentation and process-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Have Experience

DEX platform – Nexthink

VIP/Executive support.





Workspace modernization and digital workplace initiatives.
