Responsibilities Coordinates, prioritizes & organizes improvement events and AOS courses to create value for the unit
Manages or leads relevant, strategic & operational business challenges
Fosters a continuous improvement mindset with respective methods and tools
Supports or OR orchestrates the Hoshin Kanri process for the site
Supports and/or orchestrates productivity generation activities




Coaches peers & key managers inside the unit on the promotion & use of AOS
Acts as a thought leader for an Agile & Lean mindset
Advances AOS through sharing of success stories & recognition of stakeholders
Orchestrates, coaches & leads AOS community & key enablers
Drives, motivates & manages AOS qualifications of employees
Active member of the general, companywide AOS community
Collaborate with the AOS office to execute the AOS strategy
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 5 years of practical application of Lean Manufacturing and Operating Systems principles and tools
5 years of project management experience gained through both strategic and tactic change projects
Business fluent in local language and English
Experience influencing and communicating effectively with frontline employees, site leadership, and senior executives, including leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting business outcomes to leadership teams.
Ability to travel to other locations for training or project support (limited)
WE VALUE A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
A Master of Business Administration is a plus
Experience in various areas of operations is strongly preferred, i.e. production, planning, procurement, logistics or similar
Successful track record in leading without formal authority
Proven experiences in driving results & coaching teams/peers across departments
Experience in developing and sustaining networks / communities
Leadership qualities & experience in motivating and developing diverse teams
8 Years (Director) 6 years (Sr. Manager) of Practical experience facilitating improvement events
Ability to Inspire & lead without authority
Alignment to Honeywell Aerospace values, behaviors and principles, with experience and focus on customer outcomes, transformation, innovation, end-to-end ownership, and teamwork
