Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Engineer located in Irapuato, GUA.

The Automation

Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems to optimize processes and ensure efficiency. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, improving process control systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational goals. The role also involves working with robotics and electrical systems to streamline automation projects and improve performance.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Troubleshooting and Process Control
- Strong knowledge in Electrical Engineering principles and applications
- Experience with Automation systems and Robotics
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Irapuato, GUA, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry-standard automation tools and safety protocols is a plus
