Collaborate with development, security, and networking teams to evaluate and adopt new cloud services and technologies.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and help establish standards for code quality and engineering practices.

Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture decision records.

Strong Terraform experience, including module development, state management, policy enforcement, and infrastructure-as-code review practices.

Strong GitHub experience, including pull requests, branch strategy, GitHub Actions, workflows, and repository management.

Strong Python scripting and automation skills, with the ability to write clean, tested, maintainable code.

Proficiency with Linux system administration and networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including EKS or comparable managed Kubernetes services.

Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience building or maintaining delivery pipelines.

Experience designing cloud-native environments for high availability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization.

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex infrastructure topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with configuration-management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.

Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Checkmk, or equivalent.

Knowledge of service mesh or advanced networking patterns such as AWS Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, or GCP VPC peering.

Experience in gaming, media, or another high-throughput or latency-sensitive industry.

Experience with cloud cost-management tooling or FinOps practices in large AWS environments.
