Experience leading one or more project/workstreams. Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders. Experience structuring and managing the team's work end-to-end. Ability to provide guidance and direction to consulting teams. Ownership and accountability for the quality of deliverables. Leadership experience, ideally at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Hands-on profile with the ability to balance execution, coordination, and stakeholder management. Candidates can come from consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles. What is important is that they have experience structuring and analyzing business problems, generating insights and recommendations, preparing high-quality deliverables/presentations, and managing stakeholders.
Purely administrative profiles would not be a fit. We are not looking for candidates whose experience is mainly administrative, operational, process-oriented, or purely technical.
Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
