Schedule: Monday to Friday

Total Integrated Monthly Salary: $26,200.00 MXN (integrated by base salary + punctuality & attendance bonuses + food vouchers + savings fund)

Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. Language: Advanced English is required (fluent ability to conduct technical discussions with international clients and teams). Experience: 1 to 2 years in technical design or product development (experience in the packaging industry is a plus). Software: Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works, CATIA, or Auto CAD); knowledge of Siemens NX is adecuado / highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities Design and development of industrial packaging and containment solutions. Interpretation of technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances. Creation of renders, prototypes, and technical datasheets. Technical communication in English with clients and international subsidiaries. Collaboration with production and quality teams to ensure design feasibility.
