Job Title : Assembly Project Engineer (PPA) Type of contract : Long-term At-will
Responsibilities : Participatesin the conception of the assembly process and equipment with EPM, MPM and associated extended team. Supports MPM/IPMfor technical choicesin order toimprove the process. Establishestechnical and economic analysis of suppliers’offers, together with purchasing department,in order toselect the best solution. Followsup the Design and the realization of assembly equipment Realizes functionalspecificationsregardingproject elements and standard elements. Validatesequipment study (Including supervision of FMEA), ergonomics study and the choice ofpossible solutions Updates/adaptsformer feasibility study and technical choices if needed (Perimeter changes) Validatesequipment in supplier workshop, fine tune the equipment in the plant and ensure smooth transfer to plant team Ensuresthe tuning of the equipment is properly done following instructionsgivenby EPM/MPM,in order toconverge to the product conformity. Validatesnecessary documentation for each equipment. Analysesresultsof actions plan, of validation plan and risk plans
Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelordegree with experience or mechanical engineeringmasterdegree 2/3 years of experience in assembly field in plant or equipment supplier or otherautomotive tier 1 supplier as assembly equipment project manager. Possible for young engineer graduate with former experience in assembly as trainee or intern Goodcommand of English Good understanding of HSE/ergonomics
