Overview
We are looking for a Client Success Coach to join a high-impact educational organization delivering personalized learning solutions. This is a hands-on, mission-driven role focused on guiding students through their learning journey, ensuring accountability, and helping them successfully complete their programs.
You will act as a coach and coordinator, combining structure, motivation, and operational follow-through. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple students and platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Guide students through customized learning plans via weekly Zoom check-ins
Ensure students stay on track with their learning pace (typically 4, 8,
or 12-week programs)
Monitor progress across multiple platforms and validate actual completion status
Analyze engagement metrics and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks
Conduct high-volume, short coaching sessions (10-minute check-ins, 3–4 per hour)
Maintain accurate student records and documentation across tools (Trello, Google Drive, internal systems)
Collaborate with internal teams (coaches, instructors, leadership) to ensure a consistent student experience
Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clarity in all student interactions
Requirements (Must-Haves)
~2+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, coaching, or education-related roles
~ Experience working in fast-paced, virtual environments Proficiency with Zoom, Trello, and Google Workspace or similar tools. (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
~ Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
