US Funding is seeking a motivated and consistent Lead Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position focused on contacting prospective clients, confirming their interest in mortgage financing, and scheduling qualified appointments with licensed Loan Officers.

The idóneo candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable speaking with people over the phone, and able to consistently follow up with leads over time. This is not a one-call sales position. Success in this role comes from building relationships, staying organized, and maintaining consistent communication with prospective clients throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities include:
- Call new leads entered into our CRM to confirm interest in mortgage financing.
- Speak with prospective clients, gather basic information, and schedule phone appointments with licensed Loan Officers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads until they convert into a scheduled appointment.
- Accurately document all calls, conversations, follow-up attempts, and relevant details within the CRM.




- Manage a pipeline of new and existing leads and ensure follow-ups are completed on schedule.
- Work leads through the sales process until a Loan Officer completes the loan application.
- Remain in communication with clients after the application is completed and continue supporting the relationship through closing.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and helpful attitude when communicating with prospective and existing clients.
- Work closely with Loan Officers to ensure appointments and client handoffs are handled efficiently.
