Job Description
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction by supporting internal and external clients, coordinating administrative tasks, and contributing to team results through effective process management and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the teams in the Back Office administrative office and represent the additional interface with internal clients and external ones when necessary
- Take professional initiative on administrative tasks and coordinate with local offices for tasks that cannot be done remotely
- Work as part of the team, involved in processes from end to end, and contribute to the team's results
- Contribute to the successful integration of each new employee/member of the region through specific training and assistance
- Account successfully, in a timely manner, and ensure maintenance during the life cycle of all orders, contracts, and projects in systems
- Work closely with all relevant departments, including sales, procurement, supply, and operations, to ensure process standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Assume an active role in implementing and maintaining Honeywell Operating System (HOS)
- Work in line with policy guidelines and global processes
- Meet the objectives of the department/team and the behavioral objectives of Honeywell
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field
- Understanding of how different functions in the organization interact
- Strong organization skills
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of Salesforce applications
- Good knowledge of SAP ERP application
