Seeking Experienced Software Development Advisors (L3) for Remote Projects in Mexico

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Advisor (L3) with at least 3 years of experience in production support, incident management, application troubleshooting, and code-level debugging. This role is idóneo for professionals who are comfortable working with Java or Python, Linux environments, CI/CD technologies, and complex production issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for complex production issues, including deep analysis, debugging, code-level fixes, and end-to-end validation.
- Investigate incidents and drive resolution with internal stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Act as an escalation point for complex support issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage the incident lifecycle, including escalation, communication, tracking, and post-resolution activities.
- Ensure SLA/SLO commitments are met and reduce recurring incidents.
- Support SDLC operations, including compilation, builds,



artifact management, and software distribution.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and build systems.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Support Linux-based infrastructure and automate repetitive operational tasks.
- Use scripting with Python, Java, Shell, or Perl for automation.
- Work with configuration and automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Perform log analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization using tools such as Splunk.
- Work with relational databases and SQL queries.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and code snippets for internal teams and clients.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring issues and leverage AI tooling.
Technical Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in Software Development / Production Support.
- Strong coding and debugging skills
