We are currently seeking a Alliance Management Advisor - ServiceNow to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Position Overview
The Associate Director, Servicenow Partner Sales is responsible for accelerating Servicenow -driven growth within an assigned set of NTT DATA North America Business Units. This role drives partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through joint account planning, seller-to-seller engagement, and hands‑on pursuit support with NTT DATA and Servicenow field sellers.

Serving as the Partner Sales lead for assigned Business Unit coverage, this role works directly with NTT DATA Client Executives, Sales Executives, Partner Sales Leads, and Servicenow field teams to identify account opportunities, create pipeline, support active pursuits, and improve co‑sell execution.



The role is accountable for day‑to‑day partner sales execution and measurable growth outcomes within its assigned coverage area.

The focus of this role is driving revenue through partner sales execution within assigned Business Units.

Key Responsibilities
Joint Account Planning
- Develop and execute joint account plans with Servicenow and NTT DATA sellers for assigned Business Units to create and advance pipeline.
- Align Servicenow field resources with customer priorities, account plans, and active opportunities within assigned coverage.
- Build strong working relationships between Servicenow sellers and NTT DATA sellers supporting assigned Business Units.
- Facilitate seller introductions, account reviews, opportunity mapping, and pursuit planning.

Strategic Pursuit Support
- Support priority pursuits by coordinating Servicenow participation, seller alignment, and field engagement.
- Help secure partner sponsorship, funding
