The Reservations Representative is a member of the Mexico Reservations team within the MTY Reservations division. The role is responsible for assisting customers with airline reservations by providing booking support, travel information, and special services. Other tasks will include ensuring compliance with regulations, using internal systems effectively, and delivering high-quality service in coordination with internal teams.

- Assist customers with booking, modifying, refunding, and upgrading airline reservations using American Airlines systems
- Provide accurate travel information including flight details, fare options, AAdvantage account support, and travel requirements
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels
- Handle special service requests such as disability assistance, service animals, and wheelchair accommodations
- Promote and process ancillary services including rental cars, hotel bookings, and co-branded credit card offers
- Collaborate with internal departments and transfer customers to appropriate resources as needed
