We’re Hiring – Sales Professional | Mexico
We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to strengthen our presence and drive business growth across Mexico.
The role will have end-to-end responsibility for both Primary and Secondary Sales, with a strong focus on developing the market, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and driving product movement at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Primary Sales through distributors, dealers and channel partners
• Develop and drive Secondary Sales across the market
• Identify, appoint and develop new distributors/dealers
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, fabricators and other key influencers
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities
• Drive product visibility, sampling and market penetration
• Track products, pricing, designs and market trends
• Ensure healthy inventory movement
• Take ownership of sales targets and overall business development in Mexico
Candidate Profile:
• Strong sales and business development experience in Mexico
• Preferably from Laminates, Decorative Surfaces, Plywood, Panels, Furniture Materials or the Building Materials industry
• Existing relationships with distributors/dealers in the relevant industry will be a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience managing both Primary and Secondary Sales
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in the market
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Location: Mexico
