Job Summary

As a Digital Prepay Supervisor, you will lead Prepayment Operations across Europe and LATAM,



ensuring service excellence, operational stability, and strong control execution within our Digital Credit & Prepay operating model.

This role combines team leadership, operational ownership, and stakeholder management. You will oversee prepayment collections, reconciliations, issue resolution, and service delivery activities while driving continuous improvement and supporting key transformation initiatives. Working closely with Finance, Commercial, and OTC stakeholders, you will play a critical role in maintaining service quality and supporting the evolution of our global operating model.
