IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support to end users and help maintain reliable day-to-day IT operations for a global electronics manufacturing company.

This role combines end-user support, endpoint management and basic network troubleshooting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues directly with users and working in an on-site manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide on-site technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.

• Troubleshoot Windows, software, hardware and connectivity issues.

• Install, configure, maintain and replace end-user IT equipment.

• Support user accounts, access permissions and Microsoft environments.

• Assist with endpoint management, software deployment, updates and security policies.

• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN connectivity.

• Provide basic support for access points, switches and routers,



escalating advanced network issues when necessary.

• Manage IT assets, inventory, equipment deployment and lifecycle activities.

• Document and follow up incidents and service requests through ticketing tools.

• Collaborate with local and global IT teams to resolve incidents and improve support processes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Field Services or End User Support.

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows hardware and software.

• Basic/intermediate knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN.

• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account administration.

• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, KACE or similar is a plus.

• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing platforms is desirable.

• IT asset management experience is a plus.

• English B2 or higher.
