Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities across industrial projects.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and established quality standards.
- Manage the human and material resources required for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Prepare and provide regular progress reports.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders in both English and Spanish.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree related to Construction, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Previous experience supervising industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple activities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
