We're looking for a
Payroll Back Office Representative
to join our
Payroll Support Team
, where you'll play a key role in supporting
FedEx employees
by managing payroll-related tickets, investigating issues, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

What you'll do:

✅
Manage and resolve payroll-related tickets
submitted by internal FedEx employees.

✅ Investigate payroll inquiries related to
paychecks, deductions, taxes, timekeeping, benefits, and other payroll matters
.

✅ Provide accurate and timely
solutions and guidance




to employees regarding their payroll concerns.

✅ Partner with
Payroll, HR, Benefits, Timekeeping, and other cross-functional teams
to resolve complex cases.

✅ Research issues, identify root causes, and follow up to ensure successful resolution.

✅ Maintain accurate documentation and case records while ensuring compliance with payroll policies and procedures.

✅ Manage multiple tickets and priorities in a
fast-paced, service-oriented environment
.

✅ Identify recurring issues and recommend
process improvements
to enhance the employee experience.

What we're looking for:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in
Payroll, Payroll Support, HR Operations, Employee Services, Customer Service, or a related field
.

✔️ Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
.

✔️ Experience handling
tickets, cases, inquiries, or employee requests
is highly desirable.

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skil
