Debt Collections Specialist Overview: Provide operational and administrative support for Debt Collection activities across North American countries under the Shared Service Center directive. Responsible for performing daily Claims & Debt Collection operations for North America. Key Responsibilities Performance Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks in alignment with service standards. Manage sensitive cases and provide consistent client support. Handle specialized activities related to debt collection and compliance. Monitor workload and maintain accurate records of activities. Escalate critical issues promptly to leadership. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Participate in governance and operational meetings as required. Contribute insights to support informed decision-making. Complete all required training and compliance activities on schedule. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process enhancements regularly. Track and report improvements and their impact on efficiency.
