YOUR IMPACT As Operations Manager, you will: Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations supporting CDU and thermal management products . Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity . Lead and develop high-performing production teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity optimization, and operational excellence . Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance,



and HR to support business growth. Establish and monitor operational KPIs, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable improvements. Support production ramp-ups, process improvements, and manufacturing scalability as the CDU business continues to expand . Build a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and customer focus . WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field. 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience . Proven success leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies . Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational challenges into measurable results. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
