About this Position
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable business growth within the assigned territory through the execution of commercial strategies, effective customer and distributor management, and strong team leadership. This role leads sales performance, develops strategic customer relationships, and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you ́ll do
Executessales strategy and develops action plans for area of responsibility in linewith strategic priorities
Coordinatesexecution of customer roadmap and ensures closure of CRM (Salesforce) projects
Activelymanages implementation of price strategy in the region
Buildsand maintains solid relationships with customers and distributors in theassigned territory
Drivesimplementation of key strategic initiatives in sales area
Deliverssales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % and / or GP% targets) in salesarea & monitors competitor activities




Leads,coaches and mentors sales team members and ensures their respective educationand development
Ensuresefficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve fullbusiness potential (sales and profit)
Coordinatestasks between key interfaces and ensures fulfillment of administrative tasks
Collaborateswith Marketing, Customer Service, Application Engineering, and other functions,to ensure full internal support for sales team
Ensurescompliant execution of sales processes & develops customer centricinitiatives to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership
Providessales forecast and monitors key KPIs & leverages CRM tools, data analytics,and automation to enhance sales performance

Bachelor'sdegree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering
Preferableyears of total experience: 10+
Yrsexp. in sales management: 5+
Knowledgeof industrial distribution channels preferred
