BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for an "agile, results driven" individual to join as SLP MANAGER, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT. In this role, this individual is responsible for functionally managing and leading a team of program & launch managers within the SLP site ensuring the team is meeting or exceeding internal and external (to BorgWarner) expectations including project timing, technical content (product and process), cost, and quality from award to production launch. The Manager, Program Management will report to the PDS Director of Sales & Program Management, Americas. Ensures a robust and efficient program management discipline is followed, including compliance to the PDS Product Development Process [PDP]
Raise the expectations of the SLP program management team by developing & institutionalizing an entrepreneurial spirit within the team.
Improves communication and ensures SLP Operational requirements are addressed by Sales, Product Engineering, and Program Management.




Team Member Development Provide appropriate constructive feedback where necessary to help team members become more efficient & productive with their performance.
Evaluates and reviews team member performance and provides input to the Talent Management System [TMS].
Customer Relationship Management. Direct customer interaction regarding APQP initiatives, change management, and launch readiness activities at SLP facilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
0 to 3 years of Program Management experience, with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams.
Strong Program Management skills, including resource, task, and budget planning.
