Description - The Business Planning Manager (BPM) for Poly is responsible for leading end-to-end planning activities across the Poly portfolio, connecting demand, supply, and execution to deliver optimal business outcomes. The role operates at a highly strategic and analytical level, driving complex planning decisions, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment between supply chain capabilities and business priorities. This position plays a critical role in improving conversion, customer experience, inventory health, and financial performance, while enabling scalable and data-driven planning processes for Poly within the broader Personal Systems organization.
Priorities (first 6–12 months)
Stabilize and optimize end-to-end planning for Poly
- Ensure strong demand/supply matching and execution alignment across regions
- Improve planning accuracy,



responsiveness, and issue resolution

Improve business performance across key metrics
- Conversion and backlog reduction
- Customer experience (ship dates, OTIF, lead time reliability)
- Inventory health, including reduction of excess and aged inventory

Strengthen demand shaping and supply optimization levers
- Drive prioritization across products, channels, and customers
- Optimize allocation decisions in constrained environments
- Improve coordination with Customer Operations and Category teams

Enhance data visibility and performance management
- Develop and leverage KPIs to track execution gaps and business outcomes
- Improve reporting consistency and transparency for Poly performance

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in planning processes
- Identify and implement process improvements across planning flows
- Leverage automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights
