Naviva® a Four Seasons Resort , is looking for an Engineering Manager who oversees a team of Engineering, Gardeners and Maintenance specialists responsible for all engineering operations for interior and exterior facilities, including plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, electrical, ground care, landscaping and parking areas.
The role also involves managing additional engineering work necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and employees.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for Life/Fire safety systems, energy and sustainability initiatives, and overall facility management. In addition, this role serves as a project lead, coordinating and overseeing property-related projects to ensure all initiatives are completed efficiently and within established timelines.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.




~ 5+ years of engineering experience in a luxury hotel or resort, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
~ Versátil work hours to include weekends and holidays to meet the demands of a 24 hour operation
Manage and supervise the daily activities of the engineering and maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and professionally.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, pools, and all critical systems (HVAC, MEP, etc.).
Ensure compliance with local health, safety, fire life safety, and building codes.
Manage department budgets, monitor energy consumption, and implement cost‐saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Train, motivate, and develop the engineering team to uphold Four Seasons standards.
Support pre‐opening setup including equipment installation, system testing, and operational readiness.
