Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals, cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity
Oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and delivery
Guide buyers, purchasing agents, and coordinators
Identify and evaluate suppliers, conduct due diligence, and negotiate terms
Monitor procurement costs, seek savings, negotiate favorable terms, and optimize resource allocation
Maintain strategic supplier and stakeholder relationships and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and internal policies; maintain accurate records
Establish and enforce procurement quality-control standards and conduct inspections and performance assessments
Manage the procurement budget and allocate resources efficiently
Use procurement software and analytics to improve processes, monitoring, and reporting
Requirements
~5+ years of experience in procurement and project management
~ SAP Order Management Module, BRP900, PowerBI, AI Applications




~ Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects
~ Strong negotiation and contract management skills
~ Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen
~ In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management
~ Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (valued, not required)
~ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
~ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
~ Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
